Buying Saivai as a Customer

You can buy Saivai from retail stores in our partner network. Use the Find a Store page to locate one near you. Delivery, pricing and returns for those purchases are handled by the store you buy from.

Supply to Business Partners

We supply distributors and HoReCa businesses, including restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, cafes and caterers. To start, send us an enquiry through the Partner With Us page and our team will get in touch.

Once you are onboarded, order quantities, pricing, delivery schedules and any delivery charges are confirmed in your partnership agreement or on each quotation or invoice.

Cold-Chain Delivery

Saivai products are dispatched frozen and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to keep them in the best condition. To protect quality and food safety:

• Partners should have frozen storage available and move packs into it promptly on arrival.
• Keep packs frozen until you are ready to cook. Once thawed, use within 20 days and do not refreeze.
• Every pack is best before 6 months from the date of packaging, as printed on the label.

Delivery Areas and Timelines

Where we can deliver, and how quickly, depends on your location and our distribution network in that region. We confirm the expected delivery date when your order is accepted and will let you know promptly if anything changes.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please check each delivery when it arrives:

• Packs should be frozen solid, sealed and undamaged.
• Quantities and products should match your invoice.
• Best-before dates should be clearly printed on each pack.

If anything is wrong, note it on the delivery document, take photos, and tell us straight away. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains what happens next.
