If you fill in the form on our Partner With Us page, we collect the details you enter:

• Your estimated monthly volume and the message you write to us.

When you use Find a Store

If you choose "use my location" on the Find a Store page, your browser asks for your permission first. Your location is used only inside your browser to sort stores by distance. It is not sent to or stored on our servers, and you can decline or turn off location access at any time in your browser settings.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and assess a possible distribution or HoReCa partnership.
• Contact you about supply, pricing, samples and onboarding if you asked us to.
• Show you stores near your location when you request it.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of the website load content directly from other providers:

• OpenStreetMap supplies the map on the Find a Store page. Your browser requests map images from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address.
• Instagram (Meta) hosts some recipe video thumbnails, and recipe links open on Instagram. Loading these images or following those links is covered by Instagram's own privacy policy.

These providers process data under their own policies. We only share enquiry details with service providers who help us run the website, and only as far as needed to do so.
