Crispy Saivai pieces tossed over a plate with curry leaves and chillies

Welcome to
Saivai

Hi, we're Saivai. We make vegetarian protein that's exciting to eat.

If you've had soya before, you know the problem. Chewy in some places, mushy in others, never quite right. We didn't think that had to be the case. So we built Saivai around three simple ideas: taste, texture, and time.

View Product Range

We start with SuperSoy, a soy isolate that's 90% protein and highly fibrous. It soaks up spices, cooks evenly, and holds its shape, so every bite comes out tender and juicy.

Taste comes first for us. We use rich spices and recipes inspired by everyday Indian cooking, so Saivai tastes like something you'd actually want to eat, not something you're settling for.

Texture is what makes a meal craveable, and it's at the heart of everything we make. Bite, contrast, and a little bit of chew, in every piece. And because your time matters, Saivai is ready to cook. No prep, no soaking, just straight from thaw to your pan.

Available in Cubes, Curry Cut, Fillet, and Drumette, a shape for however you like to cook.
